How many people do your meeting rooms hold?

Rooms seat 1 to 25 people, depending on the room. Whole floors seat up to 50. Small conference rooms for quick huddles up to our event space for big groups.

How large is your biggest space?

Our largest room is 950 square feet and can hold 30 people workshop-style or up to 50 for events with folding chairs. Here's where it gets interesting: teams of 30-40 often book our entire 5,112 square foot floor for offsites, using the main room for presentations and our breakout rooms for smaller sessions. It's like having your own private headquarters for the day.

How much does it cost to rent a meeting room?

From $40 to $250 an hour, depending on the room. No hidden fees. Workclub members get 50% off meeting rooms and 10% off full-floor bookings.

Can I get a refund?

Workclub membership is month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. For meeting space, cancellation is free up to 7 days before your booking; within 7 days it's non-refundable.

Do you offer discounts for new customers?

We don't do regular discounts, but we've got something better: try Workclub for a day for free. Think of it as a test drive for your new creative headquarters. Plus, Workclub members get 50% off meeting rooms and 10% off full-floor bookings.

Who can I contact for further booking questions?

What hours can I book a meeting room?

Rooms can be booked from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week. The last booking starts at 9:30 PM.

How do I book a meeting room?

Book online. Smaller rooms book instantly, for as little as 30 minutes or up through the whole day. Our event space and full-floor bookings need a quick approval from us, so you'll hear back within a few business hours.

How much does it cost to rent a conference room in Chicago?

Rates run about $30 to $400 an hour across the city. At Two Thirty in River North, conference rooms are $60 to $250 per hour. $60 gets you a 6-person conference room. The high end books an entire private floor, with meeting and event space in between. Book direct and there's no marketplace booking fee on top.

We don't provide parking, but you've got options. There are plenty of lots nearby managed by Spot Hero, plus metered street parking all around us in River North.

Why do you call yourself Two Thirty?

It's not too late and not too early. It's just right. Plus, it's literally our address on Superior Street. We like when things work on multiple levels around here.
