1. Leave the furniture where you found it
Every chair, table, and lamp is where it is on purpose. Need a different setup for a meeting or event? Ask us.
2. No speakerphone outside of phone booths
Ever. Use headphones or step into a booth. In common areas, keep your call volume reasonable.
3. Honor your bookings
Phone booths and meeting rooms are reserved in advance. Check in to confirm, or the room opens back up.
4. Your access is yours
Keyfobs, wallet credentials, app access. All tied to you. Don't share, copy, or lend it out. Everyone coming through the door uses their own. If someone follows you in without credentialing, ask them to check in. Lose a fob? Tell us. Replacement fees apply.
5. Guests are welcome, with a plan
Guests come with a meeting room booking. Register them ahead of time through our app or website. They stay with you, within the booked space and capacity. You're responsible for them while they're here.
6. Be good to each other
Discrimination and harassment have no place at Two Thirty. If you experience or witness either, tell us. We'll respond.
7. Drink responsibly
Of legal age? Help yourself. No underage drinking, no controlled substances outside the law, nobody getting sloppy. Same goes for guests.
8. No weapons, no illegal activity, no hazards
No weapons anywhere in the space or building. No flammable, explosive, or hazardous materials. No illegal or offensive activity. See a weapon? Contact us immediately at hello@twothirty.space
9. Don't overload the building
Standard office equipment is fine. Anything with unusual power draw, heat output, or strain on building systems needs approval first.
10. Your things are yours to watch
We're not responsible for lost or stolen personal property. If something of Two Thirty's gets damaged or lost on your watch, replacement fees apply.
11. Tidy your space when you leave
Dishes in the bin, trash in the trash, your spot looking like nobody was ever there.
12. Cameras and sensors
Video cameras on every door. Sensors throughout the space measuring utilization. We use them to keep Two Thirty safe and well-run.
