What’s included with a meeting room booking?
Every booking includes fast Wi-Fi, reliable AV (displays, video conferencing, HDMI), full kitchen access with coffee, tea, and snacks, and on-site support if you need it.
Can we bring outside food and drinks?
Absolutely · outside food and drink are welcome. We have a full kitchen with counter space, fridge, and everything but an oven. BYOB if you’d like.
Do you offer catering?
We don’t cater directly, but we’ve worked with great River North caterers and we’ll happily make recommendations. Send us a note.
Is there parking?
Easy street parking and several paid lots within a block. We’re also one block from the Brown Line at Chicago, with bus stops nearby.
What AV is included?
Most rooms include a TV or large display, dedicated Mac Mini, Logitech video conferencing, HDMI connection, and a whiteboard. The Entire Suite has multiple presentation zones.
What’s the minimum booking?
Two-hour minimum on most rooms. Custom and full-floor bookings vary · ask.
Do you offer multi-day or recurring discounts?
Yes · better rates for longer sessions and recurring bookings. Reach out for custom pricing.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations made 24+ hours before your start time. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Are you ADA accessible?
Yes. The building is wheelchair accessible with elevator access to all floors. Meeting rooms and common areas are designed for accessibility.
Can we book the entire floor for an offsite?
Yes · the Third Floor Entire Suite buys out the whole floor with a conference room, 5 private offices, an open desk area, and a larger seminar room. Up to 60 people.
How soon can I book?
Most rooms can be booked instantly online via Optix for same-day or next-day. Custom or full-suite bookings get a reply within a few business hours.
